UBER DOESN'T WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY

I requested for an uber ride from 2, twilight ave, lonehill, sandton to Isame street. When I dropped off/got off the car, the driver by the name of PROFESSOR driving a Toyota Corolla, didn't end the trip and he continued further going to another destination and ended the trip in 3166 Meadowlands West, Zone 10 Soweto and I wasn't in the car. The amount I want meant to pay, went from R275 to R432, an additional amount of R157 that shouldn't be charged onto my account but it is. What that driver did was ******** and theft, and uber doesn't want to refund me my money.
