Uber doesn’t want to assist

Recently attempted to assist my Father an Uber driver to recover his account after it had been hacked and taken over.

He was unable to login to his Driver account to request support, so I logged in via my normal Uber account to see if I could get support to call him and get some assistance.

Support basically gave us the cold shoulder and decided they would not help, simply stating that they cannot assist because they can only assist if a user is logged into their account. Which of course he can’t because the account has been compromised and to repeat, he is unable to log into the account.

No amount of searching the web or their help section revealed any information that provides help. No direct phone number and if you do find on it asks you for your phone number and then fails to accept the number you give it. No amount of asking for support from Uber has assisted. Really pathetic service.
