Uber doesn't reverse funds for trips that do not happen

I booked a trip with Uber on 10 March 24 and when I saw the drivers were over 15 minutes away, I cancelled the trip. They did not charge a cancellation fee but also did not reverse the funds for the trip. Normally the reversal of funds back into my account is almost immediate. I've queried on their platform but they keep responding with auto generated messages saying I must check with the bank. The bank has advised that they are not holding any pending funds and that the delay is on Uber's side. I've advised Uber and another generated message was sent by them saying I must check with the bank. Uber, when am I getting my money back ? From now on I'll only do cash trips.
