Uber doesn’t have customer service!!!!!

Uber customer service SUX they don’t allow their clients to have they say instead they box you into limited responses. Just like their rating why must you be forced to give a high rating or complain????? Am through with the “authorisations” on my credit card I took a ride I didn’t rent the car! They know we forget then they never credit your account. They are worse than the banks when it comes to *****ing money from our accounts!
