UBER doesn't care about its loyal users!

The uber app was working perfectly fine. Then THEY did an upgrade and during this upgrade my account was BLOCKED. Their reasoning was that there was ***** going on?? What? All I do is order uber eats ! This is horrible as the response I got was no helpful in telling me why my account was blocked ! I mean I even invested in uber a few years back.. what BS is this.. they do not care for loyal users. My account is still BLOCKED for reasons only God knows !
