Uber doesn't care about it's drivers

As an Uber driver I was treated in the most inhumane manner. I was involved in a car accident Sunday morning 25th of May 2025 as a result the vehicle was written off. I brought it to the company's attention. All I have been met with were several messages on the app and that's only after I reach out to them and they respond with cold automated messages.

Know that once something happens to you, you are on your own. The part that makes this whole thing sad is that, I was depending on driving under Uber for my income and it's clear that I need to see to finish how life goes on after this ordeal and all Uber cares about is making their profit and they know a lot of people are desperate out there and there will always be someone to replace u immediately. I fail to understand why they don't have proper support structures for drivers. But I guess it's all because we are not valued.
