Uber Doesn't Care About It's Clients

Our friend got us an Uber from Oaklands to Sharonlea on the night of Friday Sept 24, 2021. My wife unfortunately left her purse in the car. We reported to Uber the driver details and we were promised that the driver will be in contact with us within 24 hours but there has been no contact from the driver nor Uber since then. My wife lost her IDs and Bank Cards. We someone tried to do online shopping using my wife's bank cards and we strongly suspect it was the Uber driver.
