UBER DOESNT CARE

I'm having difficulties with Uber like I forgot my phone on Monday 5th of March and I tried to contact driver the driver kept on saying he will bring the phone since Wednesday and I contacted him again now he ignores my text and phone calls on Friday I tried contacting Uber help they told me to be incontact with driver I told them I cant because he is ignoring my calls and texts I even sent them screen shots of conversations still even todate nothing is happening . on Saturday I texted help Uber again to help again as he still ignores me they told me I have to be incontact with the driver and they just closed the query like am so surprised how can they not assist me when I need assistance yet I use their services am so SAD MAD FRUSTRATED with uber service it been a week since I haven't seen my phone is it a day ******* or what because I even don't know Uber offices I think I need assistance even LAW assistance as this is not on I'm in need of my Phone!!!! drivers name BAFANA HIS NUMBER ********** 307 DRIVING NISSAN ALMERA
