Uber does nothing to assist after driver stole phone and bank card

I would like to warn people in the Stellenbosch and Somerset West,Cape Town areas about an uber driver Samora. He stole my son's Samsung phone and bank card. Then proceeded to steel R550 with a ********** online transaction on inDriver. za. Uber has taken no steps to address the matter with the driver, nor in assisting the police in their investigation. There is a lot of students in the Stellenbosch area and I do not want them to go through the same experience as us.
