Uber does not want to pay my money back

<p>On the 25th of February 2017 I requested uber from west gate mall, money was debited off my account but the uber guy didn't pitch up. R25 was debited off my account as well and that's a cancelation fee that I understand. Till this day I have not received my R265 that they debited off my account . They keep telling me I should take it up with my bank. </p>
