UBER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DRIVER'S THAT CAUSE ACCIDENTS

Uber driver by the name of Remember Mhaleni admitted that he wanted to make a u-turn on Midstream Drive and caused damaged to my car.

The right front driver's mirror was smashed and destroyed and the right front passenger's door scratched. Ih ad to repair the damage and pay because the driver is now ignoring my messages and blocked me from whatsapp as he does not want to pay even though a case was opened at the police station.

He is now running away avoiding payment for the accident caused by him. The driver confirmed that he did not have insurance on the vehicle and I suspect the vehicle did not belong to him. I reported this case to Uber in January 2019 and Uber just ignored this case and does not give a damn. This is truly disappointing and unprofessional!!!
