UBER DOES NOT PITCH OR CANNOT FIND MY LOCATION

On Saturday 25 July 2015 we used Uber to transport us from our home in Bedfordview to Ellis Park stadium to watch the Springboks vs the All Blacks. This driver found our location in Bedordview. We then decided to leave the stadium 20 minutes before the end of the game in order to miss the rush and called an Uber. The driver could not find us and said he had no visibility of where we were waiting. Cancelled that Uber and called another Uber. Same problem - driver had no visibility of us on his app/GPS or whatever Uber drivers use. I called driver - he could hardly speak English and sounded very drunk. He said he could not find us. This all took about 30 minutes and we were becoming increasingly desperate walking around Troyville at 8pm on a Saturday night - not the safest part of Jhb. After many phone calls, two cancelled Uber trips, I eventually managed to call an Uber driver who was in Kempton Park, about 20 kms from Ellis Park stadium. The following problems exist with Uber:<br> (1) Drivers cannot speak English and clearly drink on the job
