Uber does not honor and then cancels special deals

<p>During the last few months, Uber took Cape Town by storm - lots of specials, lots of hype. And generally also working, except at times when your really need them, e.g. on Sat mornings at 02:00, or then with especially high rates!!!</p> <p>In Dec this was topped by the DSTV special where I received many Uber trips as a summer special. Yet shortly into December, Uber never had vehicles available to honor the special Uber DSTV Summer????</p> <p>And to top it off, mid December the Uber App was updated and all specials vanished - exceptionally bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
