Uber does not have control of your private information, money ****** from account

I do not have an account with Uber Trip, at all. I have logged in and lodged this same complaint with my two phone numbers. Someone at your offices used my information without my permission for a trip, on Uber Trip which I am NOT registered for. I would like to express the concern of Uber not being able to trace an unauthorized transaction, used my details on your Uber Trip platform which I am not registered for, do not want to help and that other people should rather make use of a different service because your information, your card details and money isn't safe at all, because once it gets taken without my consent, Uber just shrugs it's shoulders and refuses to help. I immediately logged the query, and you cannot trace it (and apparently don’t want to either.)

I immediately changed my card limit to zero for online purchases and guess what....? AFTER the first amount was taken without my permission, after you refused to help, someone at Uber out through ANOTHER transaction, WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!!!

Anyone who thinks that your personal card information and money is safe with Uber, it’s NOT! When someone from their offices (assuming that they are supposed to keep my information out of the hands of *********) *****s my money, they couldn’t care less. And before you ask, no, no one has access to my card at any time of the day, nor did anyone but I have access to it.

Summary: Uber takes money (*****s) for things you did not purchase without authorization or consent, then refuses to help. Don’t trust or use their services, make use of a company who actually keeps your information safe.
