Uber does not give a sh.. about your issues

I put my parents into an Uber in South Africa. The driver took them to the COMPLETELY wrong address even when told by my mother that he was going wrong. He then proceeded to insist that I put in another ride in order to get them home! I did this and they where collected by another driver who got them home safely. On contacting Uber, they continued to insist I had put in the wrong address and it was my error. After 4-5 e mails I still have not received any feedback on how or why this happened. They offered me a 45 rank credit, but this is not about the money. It’s about the fact that two 80 year old people where taken to Eldorado park, when they live in Sandringham! To me it seems that Uber South Africa dies not give a hoot about their customers and did not bother to check the facts. Wake up Uber. Other companies are coming for you!
