UBER does not care about womens safety at all

UBER does not care about womens safety at all. Some drivers are so bad. They shout at you, called me even a white piece of **** when I refused to guide them the way to a tourist destination - as this is not my job but the drivers. Response from UBER team(whoever this is by name, they havent responded to me at all to my issue but closed the ticket when I followed up).

Shame - UBER has been so good since they have launched in SA in 2013 but their customer service has become so bad and irresponsible.

Ladies, never ever use UBER if you would like to drive safely - there are more than enough other options to drive safely
