Uber does business in Bad Faith

Requested an Uber ride from Gateway Mall to Umhlanga Beach. The cost was R34. When we arrived at the destination, all of a sudden the ride was R53. This is business in bad faith when hoodwinking unsuspecting customers. Imagine being told the bread is R20 and you get to the shelf where it is still shown to be R20. When you reach the cashier you are charged R40. This is absolute bad business practice in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act.
