UBER do not give a #$%# about their clients

Not first but from me it is my last attempt with Uber. Today i spend over 45 minutes requesting and all the trips were cancelled or the driver will accept and never arrive or ignore your trip. I saw a car by out close mall parked not moving, but my trip kept on searching for drivers. If they accept your trip they call and ask you to cancel the trip even if it was not your fault they cannot come. Geez my kids were late for school today and i promised myself NO MORE.
