UBER DISSERVICE FROM OR TAMBO AIRPORT

UBer offers disservice when returning from OR Tambo. The booking app shows drivers coming from 15 min and anything in between to 3 min. No one arrived in 25 minutes. Even if you got a registration number and driver name allocated, they are undependable and cancel or just never pitch up. So much for Uber caring about their customers safety just marooning tired and frustrated customers in gloomy parkade 2. Next time I will take my car and use a valet service which is timely, reliable and avoids the unprofessional Uber service offering, if you can even call it that.
