Uber disservice

I’ve been using Uber for such a long time and literally use it everyday and I created this account to write my frustrations with Uber. I am highly disappointed and furious with the level of disservice that I’ve received from the past couple of months from Uber. Uber has been overcharging me and they even have access to my bank account to a point where they deduct funds with no request from my side and when I ask support for help they they it’s a temporary holding fee which is an absolute lie!!!I had to cancel my bank card that I registered on Uber due to this. Uber is really not taking their customers seriously and they ***** from us.
