Uber dishonesty and lack of communication

I dont use Uner often, it my husband was away so I decided to use uber to get home. I was already distressed as my home alarm was going off and I asked our security company to meet me at home. On arrival I saw the security company waiting for me so I got out the Uber, but I forgot my phone was between my legs. Once I realised my phone was still in the car, they had gone. I have tried everything on their app and webpage to get hold of the driver but there system is TERRIBLE. No-one is contactable, there is no way of sending an email, and their call back system doesnt work. I am very dissapointed in their service and lack of interest in their customers.
