uber dishonesty

I was on a ride on sunday 15/12/19 @13.23 unfortunately I forgot my phone in the front seat of the uber car, i tried calling my phone immediately to alert him but he didn't answer.I tried looking for his number on the app and didn't find so I reported it on the app.Got a response from them saying the driver says he didn't find it.I am very disappointed cause I know very well that he saw it even before another passenger came inn as it was ringing very loudly right next to him..His dishonesty is very heartbreaking
