UBER DISHONEST DRIVERS

I use Uber once or twice a week to collect my helper from Inanda. The cost is round about R150. Every so often we get a smart aleck who drives around the world to get to my house and I get an account well in excess of R200. Today we got one of these smart aleck dishonest drivers who drove around the world to get to my house. Usually Uber refunds the correct amount and my account is reduced to R150. Today I got a R22 refund and ended up paying R214.00 Am really upset and there is no recourse. No one that one can contact to complain. Now I need to find another company to transport my helper because I refuse to allow Uber's drivers to rip me off.
