UBER DISASTER

<p>Yesterday, I had to take an uber from Westville to Glenwood. I requested the uber as i should after i did a fair estimate that read between R90 - R120. I though it wasnt too bad considering that it would be peak hour traffic. My uber took 20min to get here. When i called he was very sorry and explained that he was in the shop and literally on his way. Screen showed 5min away - took him 20min to get here. When i got into the car, he turned it to a radiostation that he enjoyed without considering me. He kept trying to go down the wrong roads coming to my house and blamed the GPS. Then he charges my credit card R174 for the worst experience!!</p>
