Uber DISAPPOINTS!!!!

Booked an Uber ride for an early morning trip to Lanseria. Ride was confirmed. Waited outside in morning.. .no ride!!! Checked again, app says confirmed, but NO DRIVER AVAILABLE!!! How can there be no driver, but confirmed?!? Just fishing for business, but the for my risk of missing my flight? Super disappointing Uber!!!!
