Uber Disappointed

Disgusting. Uber South Africa, I lost my car 3 months ago and have been catching 12 ubers a week since. I am disgusted at the system you have in place that allows drivers to cancel the trips they have already accepted to take other fairs. I have just finished a 19 hour shift at work and I have been struggling for over an hour with your driver's accepting my request then cancellation after cancellation and you reversing my card transactions.this pathetic service level is disrespectful and wastes customer time.
