Uber deteriorating fast

My last few rides with Uber X was shocking. Dirty smelly cars, reckless drivers. They do not switch on the aircon and when you ask some are not working. I then started to use Uber Black but not much better. Uber need to seriously re evaluate the drivers and regular review of Vechile quality and age.
