Uber deteriorated massively

The service has deteriorated massively. Some of the drivers can barely drive a car. Cars are beat up. Last trip we almost crashed a few times. The driver drove over the speed limit, and did not seem to have any sense to judge the distance to robots and other cars. I thought this stuff is recorded. I now hate using Uber as cars are mostly dirty, broken, aircon heat at full blast.
