Uber delivery

I requested a package pick up and a driver by the name Hakimu, bike number BK66ZRZN. After picking up my package, he went the opposite direction from my house, parked somewhere for a good 30min and then proceeded to head my way, this is after I asked him why he went the opposite direction with my package. When he was 2 min away from me, he ends the trip and disappears. It’s been well over a week now and I don’t have my package. Uber’s customer service is extremely horrible. At this point I wonder if they have a single human being working there or just AI to give generic useless, infuriating responses. Honestly delivering a package with uber is a huge gamble. They don’t do anything to help AT ALL. Extremely useless. I’m sure they didn’t even reprimand the driver at all or get in contact with him.
