Uber De*****ing Customers!!!

The absolute worst support structure to customers ever. Uber has proven to be the most unreliable service provider with little to no support what so ever. I book a trip from my house in Melkbosstrand to Volkswagen Tableview to collect my car from a service with a trip cost off R102. After I was dropped off, I noticed that the driver hasn't ended the trip and further *****ulently billed me for a trip into Cape Town city resulting in me being billed R202, a whole R100 extra for a trip I did not take. When I raised this to uber support on the app, I only got a response that im not eligible for a refund. So uber is allowing drivers to de***** customers and is not even trying to right the wrong by reimbursing the customers of their money that is rightfully theirs.
