Uber - Degradation of Service!

Wow! What is happening? I work from home and did an amortisation exercise of owning a car vs using Uber, which worked very well, in favour of the ride hailing company. So I sold my car as a consequence. Every time I requested a Taxi, it arrived inside ten minutes almost all of the time. My last three Uber requests were atrocious! I got stuck away from home for almost an hour last week, then, my last two lift requests on UberGo were rejected. I selected the higher option for almost twice the price, and there was an immediate response... I just had to travel in an Audi for a menial trip! I have always been brand loyal for good service, but three strikes and you are out!
