Uber deducts trip twice from my bank account

Uber deducted one trip's amount from my bank account twice. They tell me that this is an authorization hold and has been released and I should see my bank about this. The authorization amount was not released but taken off my bank account twice and they don't want to help me or investigate further, even with the proof that I've sent them.
