UBER - deductions from my bank account for rides that I didn't request

Uber, i would like to understand why you deduct money from my bank account when I didn't request your services. As per my communication this is not the first time and in the process I have had to cancel my bank card x 3 times already. Your online service system REPEATEDLY requests the same information and details and in the end ones query OR question, is never resolved.
