Uber deducting R50 per month - no response from support

Uber taking off R50 off my account every month. Sent a request request for support and received the following reply below. Be very careful before signing up with Uber once they have your credit card they will take your money and wont get back to you.

"Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

We have escalated your request to our specialized team and will get back to you as soon as we receive a response from them.
