Uber deducting money more than once

I got double deducted. Went on the Uber chat and reported the deduction and the agents were extremely unhelpful telling me that it’s my bank and I need to contact the bank when it shows that this was a double deduction made on their part. After proving this I had asked Uber to refund my money and they cannot tell me how much was refunded just that they did refund it and I need to contact my bank. They basically charged me thrice for one trip over 2days and are now refusing to get back to me.
