Uber deducted R500 without my consent

Uber deducted R500 on my account with a consent. I wrote to them on the 30th of May requesting them to return my money. Today it’s the 10 of June they haven’t returned my money and they are not telling me when I can expect my money.

I have been following up on the app without any success. I am stuck, I don't know what to do.
