Uber Deducted my Money from my account & Never refunded me Back.

Yesterday 27/03/2024 I requested uber Ride from Boskburg Jhb to Roodepoort Jhb it costed me R310 and I sent the driver couple of messages from my app and he never responded back i ended up canceling the ride because i couldn't see were he was, my R310 was never refunded back to me. I was expecting Uber to only take R14 for the cancelation Fee & my remaining balance was never returned to my account. Been trying to contact them using the Uber Help on my App its only saying my refund is R14. Been checking if i can find Uber call center to my surprise there is non. I recommend everyone to avoid using Uber...
