Uber Deducted Money of My Account For An Unknown Trip!!!!

Got a bank notification for an Uber trip I never used. When I asked them to give me the details of this trip, they refused telling me they can’t give me details. I’m so furious because Money was taken off my account and they don’t wanna assist.. Basically Uber ****** me!!!
