Uber deducted money from my account without my permission

I am not happy and very displeased with Uber. This morning I saw that Uber has deducted money from my account without my knowledge and permission. I asked them what is this for and why did they do that. They can back and told me it is for an Uber pass, which I know nothing about.

The last time I used their service was on the 4/12/2020 and never again so I was very confused why they would take money from my account when I did not use their services.

I asked them to please refund my money and they coming with all types of excesses why they cant refund me. All they said was they sorry but wont be able to refund me. I am very unhappy and displeased with the way they do business.

I told them I will never use their services again and deleted both my accounts Uber and Uber eats.
