Uber decting R50 every month even though i dont have an account with them

I have repeatedly tried to email them regarding a R50 deduction every month, even after canceling my complete profile with them, but they keep deducting. Most of the time you dont get a reply or you get a message that says this mailbox or number is no long in use. Bad customer service is an understatement. Short of getting my bank to reverse the charges, what else is there to do
