UBER DEBTS R300 FROM MY ACCOUNT *******LY WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION

On the 19th of JUNE 2021I received an unauthorised transaction against my account for the value of R300. I called UBER but their support line is the worst, first a robot guides you to press one and two and what not and finally when you press the last number to speak to an operator the line disconnects.

I then decided to just use the app to lodge a complaint regarding this charge and when they rep**** their response was "someone used your card details and due to privacy reasons we cannot disclose who the person is, we suggest you ask your circle of friends and family perhaps there was miscommunication and someone there used your card"

One, I have a very small circle. TWO I am pretty much a loner and hardly with people I trust enough to share my card details with. SECOND, no one, absolutely no one in my circle has access to my cards.

I made it clear to UBER that ***** was happening and they were quick to dismiss me. I have asked for the persons details as I would like to go and open a case of card ***** and they have failed to supply me with that information.

The transaction against my account read " UBER SA helpubercom Ga" - UBER PLEASE HELP. R300 is not peanuts to me, I would ike my money back and for you to provide this persons details as I want this person to face the might of the law.
