Uber debits 😡😡

There has been amounts being debited frm my son's account and the ref is Uber. Strange as he has only used Uber once. These amounts are monthly and on the same date. I have made Uber aware on Twitter and each time it's like talking to a machine. I then went in their app trying to get my son's money back still nothing. It's disappointing as I thought by now this would've been resolved. I am also worried that the same thing is going to happen again come Feb.
