Uber Day Light *******

I used to love Uber and my Husband and I have always used it. However since Friday this is a different story now. We went to our friends who lives 12 Km. from us. We usually take Uber to them and the rate is between R150 - R200. Friday night they charged us R 1 411!!!!! Obviously this must be a mistake my immediate thought was, but now after I wrote to support they came back and said it is correct - So they charge R 117.58 per kilometre!!! They are chiefs!!!
