Uber

I requested for an Uber ride and the driver's appearance did not match the profile. I requested for drivers licence to verify identify and the driver refused. I reported this matter to Uber and they brushed it off as they started to focus on the issue of altercation I had with the driver regarding the picking up point. I have evidence that the argument was justified since the driver refused to pick me up from the requested point yet the issue of the non-matching profile was ignored. Uber is no longer safe.
