Uber Customer Support is Dead.

I know it's useless. But this will be a reminder for myself and others who are still thinking Uber is the best. They don't care about customer service anymore. A company with a big ego. Doing daylight ******* like it's nobody's business. Knowing very well that one person's complaint doesn't do much for them, it's like an ant in a sand. I'm still not refunded for multiple charges that are unexplained. I'm just a number and another unhappy customer they won't respond to. This was a lesson to me and my future self. Customer support is dead with these big companies.
