UBER customer service really sucks.

UBER customer service really sucks. I have responded so many times with the documents and explanations and you guys still give me different answers.

At the time of using this service for the first time it gave me the error and the app did not allow me to use the promo code. So for both my trips which was suppose to be discounted I had to pay the full amount.

The UBER app and customer service really sucks and I will definitely not be my first choice again.
