UBER = *********

I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY UBER!!!! My driver decided to add a stop resulting in me paying R997 for a 12km trip!!! And now Uber refuses to to refund me for a mistake my driver made!!!!!! Once again, Ubers helpline is unavailable and they refuse to help me. I have never even been to the destination that the Uber driver put in as a stop, nor have i ever requested to go to that destination in the past with Uber !!! Driver: Phephisani Reg No: FZ93FY•GP
