Uber Credit - Summer Promo Not Workinig

<p>Hi there,</p> <p>I've been trying to use my Uber credits and the Summer Promo but I get an error every single time!</p> <p>The only time I can use Uber is if I pay with my debit card- what is the use of the UBER CREDITS then?? I've logged a complain / error with Uber support on the 05/12/2016 - and till today nothing has been resolved.</p> <p>The messages i get from Uber support - is tips on to see how many credits i have! </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like my credits to be paid into my bank account as i can make use of them. Uber is quick to deduct money from my bank account but when i come to credit me or assist me the problem on my app they are no where.</p> <p>I will take this matter to the media if it is not resolved.</p> <p>I will also open a case of theft as money was deducted from my account, without me making use of Uber.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope to hear from someone ASAP!</p>
