Uber credit

I used Uber on my way to work . My trip was R25. I gave my driver R100. (somehow he credited my account) Maybe he ****. Upon logging a complaint. I received an email that next time I should just have the exact amount. That is so ridiculous. I need assistance and I want to be credited. I have sent numerous emails... But i get answers that are ridiculous. This is bad business practice
