Uber ****!!!

So I took an UberX from OR Tambo international Airport to Alberton on Friday morning the trip which initially costed R224 now Uber felt the need to get into my bank and deduct an additional R160 because their driver had phone issues and needed to be compensated FROM MY POCKET??? Why am I paying for Uber's technical issues??? I can't understand this ****
